How it all started...

I'm a mom of 2 (with another one on the way) , and like most moms, finding the opportunity to get out and socialize is difficult to say the least. As a young pastor's wife, new to the community, I was looking for ways to meet other ladies around a common interest. One thing many of us absolutely love is scrapbooking and cardmaking, but there didn't seem to be any venue for this in Sammamish. Then came the idea of Scrapbook Connection. This is a ministry to provide a way to cultivate close friendships while demonstrating the compassion of Christ, built around something we absolutely love...Scrapbooking!

With these goals in mind, our church immediately adopted this new project. Scrapbook Connection is a ministry of Foundation Baptist Church in Sammamish, WA where we started in November of 2006. With this same desire to minister the compassion of Christ to families in our community, it is clear this was a ministry-match made in heaven!
